This is a very pretty collar, and even though our dog has skin allergies, she did not remove any of the rhinestones during the 6-8 weeks that she wore it. I also love the light pink shade of this well constructed item. It lost stars, however, for the size of the jewel-encrusted buckle. Our dog was upside down on my lap recently, and I discovered that the buckle had cause lacerations on her neck. I'm disappointed about having to go back to using a lighter weight, narrower collar. The dog in question here is a 13-pound Bichon-mix rescue.
