I'm having trouble getting my scale connected and my phone synced my first weigh-in, but now it's stopped syncing. The most common reason you might have trouble transferring new weigh-ins is that the app isn’t open when the scale is trying to sync information. To fix this, make sure that your device is in range with the Smart Baby app open when you weigh in. What is the weight capacity of the scale? The scale can measure from 2.3 lbs up to 66 lbs in .011 lbs increments, making it suitable for infants and small children. How is the scale powered? The scale uses AAA batteries, which are included with your purchase. This product cannot be plugged in. How can I ensure the scale is accurate? How do I calibrate it? The scale is pre-calibrated, but you can calibrate it using the Tare/Zero button to reset the scale to 0 when empty or with a pad/blanket. Let the platform rest, press the button, and the LCD will display 0.00 lbs, indicating successful calibration. How do I change the unit of measure? Press the UNIT button next to the screen of the scale to switch between lb (pounds), lb:oz (pounds and ounces), and kg (kilograms). Attach The Tray Open Ports Start by sliding the four ports on the top of the baby scale open. Assemble Tray For easy storage, the tray comes in two pieces. Make them one by fitting the grooved ends together and snapping them in place. Line It Up Once the tray is one solid piece, place it on the baby scale and line its feet up with the four open ports. Lock In Place Lock it in place by securing the tray's four fasteners to the baby scale with the included assembly key.
